Do I need an account to use Sellatack?
- Buying: You can browse and purchase items with or without an account.
- Selling: To list items for sale, you need to create an account and provide your bank details for payments.

How do I buy an item?
- Browse listings and add items to your cart.
- Choose your preferred shipping method and price.
- Pay using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- Receive and track your order right from your account.
- Once the item arrives and you’re satisfied, confirm delivery with one click.
Can I ask sellers questions about items?
Yes! You can contact the seller directly through our platform if you need more details before purchasing.
What if the item isn’t as described?
If the item is damaged or not as described, you can request a refund. Returns are accepted when there’s clear evidence of a misrepresentation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, both buyer and seller can track the shipment status, from dispatch to delivery.

How do I start selling?
- Create an account and enter your bank details.
- Upload items with photos and descriptions.
- Once approved by our team, your listing will go live.
- Optionally, you can promote your item to appear at the top for more visibility.
What happens after my item is sold?
- You’ll get a shipping label to print and attach.
- Drop off the item at a designated location or arrange courier pickup for larger items.
- Once the buyer confirms delivery, we release your funds directly to your bank account.
How much does it cost to sell?
We charge a commission per sale — that’s it. No listing fees or hidden charges. Promotion is optional and paid separately.
Where can I track my listings and earnings?
Your Vendor Panel lets you track your uploaded items, view past sales, and manage your account settings.
How do I delete my account?
There’s an option in your Vendor Panel settings to delete your account at any time.
💸 Payments & Shipping
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How does shipping work?
- Sellers print the label and drop off the package, or
- For large items, couriers can pick it up directly.
Buyers choose a preferred shipping method and cost during checkout.
When do sellers get paid?
Funds are released after the buyer confirms they received the item in the described condition. Payments are sent directly to the bank account linked to your seller profile.

Can I leave a review for the seller?
Yes! After receiving your item, you can leave a review and rating. This helps build trust and rewards honest, reliable sellers.
How do I know a seller is trustworthy?
Every seller has a ranking and review score, so you can shop confidently from users with strong reputations.
