At Sellatack, we aim to make buying and selling used equestrian equipment as smooth and secure as possible — including the delivery process. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how shipping works on our platform.


📦 Shipping Partners

We currently work with trusted local shipping companies:

  • LP Express
  • Omniva

Both offer reliable domestic delivery services across Lithuania, and all shipments include tracking so that both buyers and sellers can monitor the item’s journey.


🛍️ For Buyers

How does shipping work?
When purchasing an item, you can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout. The final price will include:

  • Item cost
  • Selected shipping option
  • Platform commission

Once payment is complete, the seller prepares the item and ships it using the selected delivery service. You will receive tracking information and can follow the status from your account.

Delivery time:
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen courier, but most items are delivered within 1–3 business days within Lithuania.

Shipping for larger or sensitive items:
Some items, such as saddles or other large/fragile equipment, may require courier pickup. In these cases, sellers are responsible for noting this in their listing and preparing the item accordingly.


📤 For Sellers

How do I ship an item I’ve sold?

  1. Once your item is sold, print the provided shipping label.
  2. Drop the package off at an LP Express or Omniva location, or arrange for courier pickup if applicable.
  3. Update the status in your Vendor Panel to ensure the buyer receives tracking details.

Important for large items:
If you’re selling oversized or delicate items, you must choose a courier shipping option and clearly state this in your product listing.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want all transactions to be fair and secure.

What if the buyer is not satisfied?
If an item arrives in a condition that is not as described, the buyer can request a refund. We will assess the case and, if approved:

  • The buyer will be refunded.
  • The seller must cover the return shipping cost if they wish the item returned.

Lost or damaged items during delivery:
If something goes wrong during shipping (e.g., the item is lost or damaged), please contact us immediately at info@sellatack.com. We will coordinate with the shipping provider and help resolve the issue.

Please note: Items are not automatically insured unless this is covered under the courier’s policy.


📍 Tracking Shipments

Both buyers and sellers can track the shipment status through their account dashboards. Once the buyer confirms the item has arrived and matches the description, funds are released to the seller’s bank account.
